Hi, I’m Amy — founder, coach, and proud chaos coordinator behind Lift NT.

What started as a few locals chasing a good sweat has grown into a full-blown community of strong, supportive, loud (and a little wild) legends. We train hard, laugh loud, and back each other every damn time.

At Lift NT, we run two core session types:

  • AM Functional HIIT – fast-paced, high-energy 45-minute sessions that get you in, worked, and on with your day. No barbells, no fluff — just purposeful intensity using dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, plates, and bodyweight.

  • PM Functional Fitness – our 1-hour sessions that include a solid warm-up, strength or skill focus (based on structured cycles), and a spicy finisher to cap it off. These ones use barbells, rigs, running, and grit.

We're not here for mirrors or egos. We're here for consistency, effort, and cheering like mad for the person next to you. Whether you're chasing strength, fitness, mental clarity, or just some time to yourself — this is your space to show up and move well with a crew that actually want you to succeed.

Lift NT is about building strong, confident humans — inside and outside the gym. The workouts are wild. The vibes are unmatched. And the people? The absolute best part of it all!!
